The Indian Citizen newspaper on August 30, 1956 had an article and a photo of the 50th Wedding Anniversary of William Eugene "Gene" Callicoat and Ida Matilda Connell. In that article it states,
"They moved to Francis, Indian Territory, in 1906 and moved to Bentley in 1908".

[NF016] William Eugene Callicoat and Ida Matilda Connell were married in Grayson County, Texas on the banks of the Red River at the old Train Station. The location was beside the current I-75 bridge over the Red River between Texas and Oklahoma.
